Hey! I’m Raydene—you can call me Ray. I’m a strength, yoga and acroyoga teacher. My classes are grounding and playful with a focus on mobility and mind-body connection. Before moving to Cape Cod, I taught yoga and acroyoga classes and workshops throughout New York City.
