A trailblazer in female leadership, First Sergeant Retired, Queen Aza is the 1st African American female in field artillery history to earn the rank of First Sergeant. As a life and speaking strategist, Queen Aza has a passion for helping entrepreneurial-closeted individuals break free from the corporate trap and build their own successful coaching and speaking business from home. Surprisingly Coach Queen was a teenager with a speech impediment & now (ironically!) she gets paid speaking gigs! She is also the founder of the Pitch & Grow Rich Academy; a safe haven for CEOs, life coaches and aspiring speakers who are called to impact, but are spooked by speaking.
