West USA Realty wants to provide the very best in education for their agents.  Whether we are talking about a thirty year veteran or a brand new licensee.  Each has specific needs that we are able to address.

 

One specific program is our ProStart Classes.  These classes are offered over a seven day period of time.  They are excellent and should be mandatory for new licensees – though we don’t mandate attendance at any of our classes. 

 

The first three days cover our Residential Resale Purchase Contract and other essential forms.  In addition students will learn the basics of financing and the ARMLS Exclusive Right to Sell forms.  At the end of these three days agents will be comfortable with the forms and no longer intimidated.  Experienced veterans find the time valuable because they not only learn about the most recent updates, but all of the students will walk away knowing how to avoid risks and liabilities.

 

The next two days will cover many issues including time management, goal setting, developing various spheres of influence, working with Unrepresented Sellers (For Sale By Owners), Expired Listings, Geographic Farming, Open Houses and other prospecting techniques to  generate leads needed to obtain listings or make sales.

 

The last two days are devoted to listing presentations, prelisting packages, overcoming objections, working with buyers, presenting offers, servicing the transaction to a successful close.
