ProPAWS (Professional Pet food Alliance for Wellbeing & Sustainability) is the leading Dutch alliance driving the shift toward alternative proteins in pet food. We bring together veterinarians, researchers, and industry professionals from across Europe to build the knowledge, evidence, and community needed to make healthy, sustainable pet food the norm, not the exception.

We organize the ProPAWS Conference, a full-day gathering for anyone with a stake in what goes in the bowl, whatever their current view on alternative proteins. Alongside the conference, we conduct research, secure funding for the sector, and work to close the gap between what pet owners say they want and what's actually on the shelf.
