Phantom Regiment

Phantom Regiment provides life-changing experiences through performing arts education. Programs such as Rockford Rhythm, Educational Camps, High School Band Festivals and a premier, competitive Drum Corps, Phantom Regiment is creating an inspired community of empowered and passionate leaders.

Phantom Regiment was founded in 1956. The Drum Corps is a two-time Drum Corps International World Champion (1996 & 2008) and continues to be one of the most iconic institutions in the marching arts activity.
