Peltier Winery is an innovative, cutting edge winery and custom crush facility, located in the heart of the Lodi Appellation. Owned and operated by a 4th generation farming family, we take great pride in our Certified Sustainable farming practices that allow us to produce outstanding wines from our Estate Grown grapes. Peltier wines are made to showcase the quality of our fruit and vineyard personality. We take a minimal intervention approach to winemaking, allowing the vineyard to guide the process.
