The Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) South Florida Chapter mission:

• Enhance the status and interest of women and men in the field of international trade through the establishment of a worldwide network of international business contacts.
• Encourage and stimulate the exchange of views, ideas, and information concerning foreign commerce and international relations.
• Establish educational programs, conventions, and other activities to promote the employment worldwide of women in international trade.
• Promote professional growth, education, and leadership among women employed worldwide in foreign trade and commerce in both the public and private sectors.
