Northeast Ohio Creatives was founded in 2016 by Artistic Director, Henry Foraker. NEOC is formally and primarily a performing arts troupe. As a touring group NEOC feels at home among the many summer parades and festivals in and around the Cleveland area.

The group is made up of high school and college students along with some adults as well as professional performers from the Cleveland area. We stand out from similar groups because of our wide array of characters, our attention to artistic detail, and our quality of performance.

In 2016, NEOC’s premier season, they performed in parades, festivals, at summer camps and senior centers and made a special appearance at the Cuyahoga County Fair. Northeast Ohio Creatives can be found performing in venues from downtown Cleveland to Oberlin Ohio.
