The North East Border Collie Association (NEBCA) is a nonprofit membership organization supporting the breeding, training, farm use and trialing of working border collies. NEBCA sanctions trials and promotes training opportunities in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces of Canada.
