Our mission is to provide outstanding care and support to the community of North Devon who are impacted by a life limiting illness. Our Strategy is to provide education opportunities for the health care workforce to enhance end of life care for as many people as possible. We want to reach all areas of the community including care homes, nursing homes, care agencies, the NHS services and general practice to share our vast knowledge of palliative care.
