Nicole Dargie is a Youth Mentor, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Holistic Facilitator and Make-Up Artist.

Having spent 24 years in the beauty industry in the media, cosmetics and special occasions such as weddings and formals, previously facilitated transformational workshops for women for over 8 years, and now offers teenage girls empowerment courses plus also teeage boys. She teaches teegage gilrs and boys meditation in schools and is passionate about helping teenages reach their potential with goal setting, mindset tools and yoga techniques.

Nicole is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia with 500 hours of training. She holds a current First Aid Certificate and also a Working With Children Check.

She is an Energetic Healer and has studied under her spiritual teachers who are from the Tibetan Lineage for over 15 years as a Metaphysical Teacher, specialising in self-image and holistic beauty. She holds a Diploma of Make-Up Artistry with Honours.
