NHMLAC Community Science Program

The Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County (NHMLAC) have begun a long-term biodiversity study of urban habitats and surrounding natural areas. Our goals are to increase our knowledge of local wildlife, and to involve our local community in this study. 

The NHMLAC Community Science Program works with scientists and educators to encourage the diverse communities that live and work in the L.A. area to participate in our projects. We encourage everyone to attend our Community Science events and public programs.
