NeuroWorks Training
Madeline Longshaw started NeuroWorks because neuro-inclusion is an enabler of success in today’s workplace. By truly valuing differences, we can ensure everyone thrives, driving achievement at an individual, team and organisational level.
Birkbeck, University of London reports that 15-20% of the UK adult population is neurodivergent and 78% of their neurodivergent research participants shared that they feel overwhelmed at work. The reality is probably higher as awareness and understanding continue to grow.
When fostering high-performing teams, we cannot overlook the differences in how people work, communicate and process information or we risk putting limits on progress.
By accepting and celebrating differences as a strength, we are able to raise productivity and performance levels, ease collaboration, and champion creativity and innovation.
That’s where NeuroWorks comes in.
We deliver programmes for managers and leaders, teams and individuals that give them the understanding, skills, tools and ultimately confidence to support themselves and their teams so everyone can be their best.
Know how to have conversations about differences, how to provide adaptations and support for neurodivergent needs, and how to harness neurodivergent talent.
