Neuroflect CIC is a neurodivergent-led not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving outcomes for neurodivergent people through reflection, curiosity, and practical change.

Through training, resources, consultation, events, and professional development, we support health, education, and workplace professionals to build confidence in neuroaffirmative practice and create more inclusive environments.

We are also committed to supporting neurodivergent people directly through education, self-advocacy, and community learning opportunities, helping individuals better understand their own experiences and navigate systems that affect their daily lives.

Our work combines professional expertise, lived experience, and evidence-informed approaches to help move beyond awareness and towards meaningful inclusion.

The Reflective CPD Journal: Neurodivergent Inclusion in Health Settings was developed as part of this mission, providing professionals with practical tools and structured reflection to support learning, challenge assumptions, and turn knowledge into action.
