The Northwest Association of Educational Opportunity Programs (NAEOP) is one of 10 regions across the United States. NAEOP is region 10 and includes the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. 

NAEOP provides a venue in which all TRIO and similar programs may support the success of low income, first generation, and underrepresented students to obtain a quality education. NAEOP helps these underrepresented populations by promoting program development and collecting and disseminating data based on the students’ specific educational needs. NAEOP provides support services and opportunities not normally accessible to these students to help them reach their full potential and develop into professional individuals.
