The general observation is that most clinicians have practice styles not shared universally. I loved the idea of taking all the great education out there, so much of it not shared, and to create a platform of honest, valuable and sometimes controversial ideas, all within the framework of real patients and ECGs. I also feel that as a pilot, flight instructor, and former US military flight surgeon, I bring a unique solution to the approach to the sickest crashing patient, rapid clinical assessment, teamwork and problem solving.
