The MJS Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, more specifically to promote the educational and social action programs of MJS & Associates, LLC. It's purpose is to promote the Education and Social Action Programs of the MJS & Associates, LLC by (a) raising and securing donations of funds to promote the company’s youth auxiliary for young men through mentoring programs, field trips, visits to college campuses, providing educational grants and scholarships to the youth auxiliary members, (b) providing books, and clothing to at-risk young boys living in urban settngs to aid their attendance in school, (c) provide motivational speakers, religious education, civic responsibility courses and (d) the institution of other action programs as mandated by The MJS & Associates, LLC General Board, from time to time.
