Hi, I’m Janice, a qualified MBSR teacher trained through the Brown University Mindfulness Center, and a RYT500 yoga teacher with a background in ISHTA Yoga.

Living and working in New York, I understand how easy it is to get caught in constant pressure—busy schedules, mental overload, and the feeling of always being “on.” My sessions are designed to offer you a practical way to step out of that cycle and reconnect with yourself.

I offer both online and in-person experiences that combine mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga to support your mental and emotional well-being.

In these sessions, you will:
