A Northern Virginia native, Mike brings more than 20 years of leadership in the home remodeling industry, combined with an accomplished background in sales, marketing, and relationship-building. A graduate of Lake Braddock Secondary School and Old Dominion University, he previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for a major Washington, DC–based organization, where he developed a strong foundation in building trust, delivering results, and cultivating lasting relationships.

For more than two decades, Mike has led The Model Home Look, guiding its growth into one of Northern Virginia’s highest-rated and most respected home remodeling companies. His commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and transparent communication has helped establish the company's reputation for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Today, Mike continues to lead with a client-first philosophy, emphasizing thoughtful design, meticulous planning, honest communication, and personal accountability.
