I am the Principal & Curator of The Sovereign Heartland, for your healthy neurology, natural learning, and aligned community. In addition to supporting and amplifying the teachings of heart-centered, leading-edge humans, I also offer coach/consulting for individuals and groups.

I'm both a love geek, and a framework geek -- that is, I geek out on how to utilize frameworks to support love. And I'm not talking superficial, cotton-candy love, I'm talking the love that creates worlds, moves mountains, and expresses in the unique beauty of life itself.

My ethnicity and upbringing is Irish Catholic, and I use the work of the Race Traitor movement (treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity), social justice, de-colonizing, and fierce love to inform my action.

With love as the center of my work, and life, I tend to care how things really are, on a deeper level (vs. how they look on the surface).
