Michael Kramer, CPA
Mike Kramer is an award-winning leadership consultant, successful entrepreneur, and author of "The ManageHub Strategy", a step-by-step roadmap for implementing the key leadership principles recommended by the United States Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The Baldrige Program was created by an Act of Congress in 1987 to encourage American businesses and nonprofits to become more sustainable, scalable and innovative. It has since been adopted worldwide by leaders who want to increase their organization’s quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and achieve their objectives.
Prestigious Baldrige-based Awards have been earned by nonprofits wanting to maximize their impact. Award winners include the VA Center for Organ Recovery & Education, Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center, Adventist Health White Memorial, Mary Greeley Medical Center, Southcentral Foundation, Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation and the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.
Mike created courses in "Best Management Practices" for the University of Chicago, lectured at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and DePaul University. He co-developed a curriculum for the Coleman Center of Entrepreneurship and created a "Six Steps to SuperGrowth" class for Loyola University.
