We are the Substance Assessment and Counseling Center (SACC) located on Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to the maximum number of Marines aboard MCB Camp Pendleton for the prevention, education and treatment of substance abuse and provide commanders with effective programs to establish an environment free of substance abuse.
