Mar is a PhD student at UCL and part of the Equality, Diversion and Inclusion committee, where she does workshops, talks, and different actions to raise awareness of the importance of cyclical living in the workplace. With a passion for neuroscience, she is interested in learning about the mind, body and nature connection and higher states of consciousness through natural means. She also has experience in Kundalini Yoga and the Wim Hof method. She completed a Women’s Circle Facilitator training via Psychedelic Society, from Gaia Harvey Jackson. She is also an intuitive painter.
