When all-terrain hovercraft and hovercraft hit the market in early 2015, they were intended only for roads. Since then, they have suffered a plethora of modifications to what we have today. A few months after its presentation, some failures also hit the market; a move that forced Underwriter Laboratories (UL) to stipulate some safety requirements that since then restored the initial quality of the hoverboards.
