Hi, I'm Lillian. I develop and facilitate workshops focused on career growth. My goal is to create a space where we are all excited to learn something new and improve upon the abilities we already possess with empathy and courage. I am particularly interested in helping women and other underrepresented groups in STEM fields gain the skills and confidence needed to go further, faster, in the workplace.
