LifeSource
LifeSource was founded in 2001 and serves over 62,000 people a year who are facing food insecurity and poverty. Through a holistic approach, LifeSource provides customized assistance to families across Northwest Arkansas by providing the following programs:
- Food and clothing pantry: Provides families in need with groceries including protein, vegetables, fruit, dry goods, bread, and dessert. Families also receive clothing and shoes if needed. It is open 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
 - Kid's Life after-school: Provides working families with free after-school childcare. The children receive a snack, educational time, and free time. Tutors and mentors are at every session to provide help and build relationships with the children.
 - Kid's Life 8-week summer day camp: Provides working families in need with a fun, safe, and educational enriched environment to send their children so they can learn and grow during the summer months.
 - Senior citizen outreach meals: Provides food, fun, and fellowship for seniors on the1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. They are provided with a homecooked meal as well as an additional take home meal and/or groceries.
 - Adult education classes/workshops: Assists adults in gaining needed life and work skills to increase their chances of gaining better job opportunities.
 - Counseling services: Assists families in need with mental health therapy for adults and children on a sliding fee scale. Services are provided by licensed counselors and students.
