LeanIn.Org was founded by Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg, to empower all women to achieve their ambitions.

Founded in 2016, Lean In Singapore’s mission is to inspire, equip, and empower the women of Singapore to fulfill their career ambitions and lead successful, happy lives. Lean In Singapore registered as an official non-profit organization in Singapore in March 2019.

Today we are a community of over 2,300 women and men, and close to 100 circles across all ages, backgrounds and profession.
