LeadQuine is owned and operated by Ellen Patnaude and Danielle Leach, with help from Cynthia Coy and our herd of horses. We offer unconventional team building experiences for teams and individuals. There is no riding involved--only ground work. By pairing humans and horses for a variety of facilitated activities, participants gain clear, immediate insights into which of their practices are effective, and which ones are not.
