Our Story

LaunchWorks was founded on a simple belief: people learn best by doing. Hands-on learning helps participants discover what they enjoy, what they do well, and how their strengths can connect to meaningful careers.

Through hackathons, workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects, LaunchWorks helps participants explore emerging technologies, develop practical skills, and turn promising ideas into products, services, ventures, or community solutions.

By connecting talent, ideas, and opportunity, LaunchWorks aims to create an innovation ecosystem where participants gain experience, organizations gain fresh perspectives, and communities benefit from solutions that create lasting impact.
