Lakeisha S. Thomas a wife, mother of 4, author, and entrepreneur, considers herself a mompreneur. She is the proud Founder of La'Shaes, LLC which is a motivational movement offering inspiration, motivation & sophistication through business events, community service, books, and fashion allowing her the opportunity to encourage the hearts and minds of women and young girls in Houston, TX and throughout the United States.

Lakeisha's entrepreneurial spirit came at a time of reevaluating herself, becoming a mother, and going through a hurtful marriage. She found that she developed a passion to cater to the hearts and minds of women who may be experiencing some of the same struggles wanting love, trying to heal from past hurt, and realizing their overall self-worth.

Her business venture started when she took a leap of faith in 2014 with the help of her mother and baby sister in planning their first event, things just took off from there., going into celebrating their 10th year of giving, networking, community outreach, and motivating Women in business and ministry, which has been a trying but exciting journey. They have hosted events in Houston, TX traveled to Maryland, Washington, DC, and back home to New Orleans, LA with plans to expand to South Carolina, Atlanta, and more. She will tell all of her fellow sisters that if you have a vision surround yourself with a group of supportive people and pursue it and God will do the rest.
