With over 7 years of experience hosting international travelers and 5 years of leading live and remote cooking demonstrations, I am passionate about making high-quality home cooking accessible, effortless, and fun.

My culinary journey spans two worlds. During the summer, I host an immersive Italian home cooking experience at Lake Como Kitchen, located in a stunning 500-year-old converted convent in Sala Comacina, Italy. There, we focus on traditional local flavors and the beauty of lakeside dining.  

When I’m not in Italy, I bring that same passion for intimate, hands-on workshops back home to Northport Village, Long Island. My classes in Northport explore a wide range of modern comfort foods and seasonal favorites, from viral social media recipes to festive treats like homemade Irish Cream and Panettone Tiramisu

Whether we are cooking by the lake in Italy or in a small group setting in Northport, my mission is for every guest to leave with the confidence and inspiration to recreate delicious memories for their own friends and family.
