Her firm provides strategy advisory services for board members and executives from multinational corporations, and global, national, and regional nonprofits. Korngold's areas of expertise are board governance, ESG/sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and measurement. She authored A Better World, Inc.: How Companies Profit by Solving Global Problems and Leveraging Good Will: Strengthening Nonprofits by Engaging Businesses. She authored the chapter on sustainability and corporate governance for the Handbook on Board Governance: A Comprehensive Guide for Public, Private, and Not for Profit Board Members.
Korngold and her team have trained and matched over 1,000 business executives to global, national, and regional nonprofit boards. Companies are adopting the firm's Board Vector, a unique online portal that uses algorithms to facilitate excellent board matches and train board members.
Korngold is a visiting professor for the Masters in Financial Accountability, York University, Toronto, Canada. She received her bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
