The mission of Transform 314 is to educate, engage, and empower Black St. Louisans to drive the policy changes at the local level needed to created thriving communities. Transform 314 was created to do just that. We will accomplish this through edu-taining (educational + entertaining) programming and content that activates residents to bring about the changes they deserve in their communities.
