Karma Yoga

Offering a yoga school meets studio experience, focusing on a blend of powerful flows and athletic classes with slower flows and softer classes. We are a spiritual community first, and a business second. We have community events and service opportunities in addition to a robust class schedule and membership options. Students have the opportunity to slow down, tune in, rewire your movement patterns and play in community practice, eventually taking your yoga practice off the mat and into the world.
