-Kappen was a four-year collegiate player who went on to play professionally overseas in Italy and Australia, earning All-Star honors and winning a 3-Point Shootout title in Italy.

-Kappen currently works for Dr. Dish Basketball, one of the leading basketball training technology companies in the game, and formerly served as the Director of Youth Basketball for the Milwaukee Bucks.

-He has been a camp director and skills trainer for 10+ years, focused on skill development, confidence-building, and teaching the game the right way.
