After nearly 10 years of working in the wellness space, Certified Health Coach Bre Cromer started looking for something deeper. Turning to energy healing and psychedelic medicine, Bre shifted her focus to support deep healing and personal expansion through deeper awareness of the mind and body. She specializes in energy and sound techniques that produce out-of-body experiences by activating the body's natural ability to heal itself. With certifications in Reiki 1, 2, & 3, Innerdance, Psychedelic Integration, and more, Bre's work has been featured in major publications such as Spirit & Flesh magazine and The Alchemist’s Kitchen. Bre is also a significant voice in the psychedelics space with contributions to well-known psychedelic platforms such as Doubleblind Magazine, Noma Therapy, Stella, Third Wave Psychedelics, and more. Through her personal experience and professional training, Bre performs this work with the intention of collective energetic resonance through non-focalized self-awareness and human connection.
