To question the current models of supervision and offer something better.

We want practices to stop accepting burn out, lack of consistent preparation, and toxic dual roles as the norm for supervisors. We envision a future where supervisors choose to enter that role with eyes open, prepared for the responsibility, and supported in their growth. Supervisors who in turn help their supervisees flourish.

In our eyes it is basic math - intentional preparation leads to more effective supervision which fosters better clinicians who offer better outcomes for clients.
