Hudson Valley Professional Development, LLC is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0618 and the State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed creative arts therapists #CAT-0091, licensed marriage and family therapists #MFT-0089, licensed mental health counselors #MHC-0192, and licensed psychoanalysts #P-0056.

 Hudson Valley Professional Development, LLC is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Psychology as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed psychologists (#PSY-0032).

Hudson Valley Professional Development, LLC has been approved as a provider of the coursework required by Chapter 544 of the New York State Laws of 1988 regarding the identification and reporting of child abuse and maltreatment.
