I am a proud Navy Veteran who has lived in the Hampton Roads area for over 30 years. Creating generational wealth through real estate has always been a passion of mine, having purchased my first home at 24 years old. Using my vast knowledge in traditional real estate transactions, short term rentals, rehabbing homes and creative financing, I love helping others achieve that goal as well.

I believe very strongly that the purchase and sale of real estate is often the largest financial transaction most people will ever make.
