Girasol

Girasol provides trainings, consultations, and resources to build a network of trauma-informed professionals serving immigrant families in Texas and beyond. Girasol was launched in September of 2018 as a culmination of over two years of programming work with immigrants in detention and training for the professionals who serve them. The mission of Girasol is to build professional capacity and connection to increase the ability to work at the intersection of mental health and immigration. Girasol Online builds professional capacity and connection to advance work specifically at the intersection of mental health and immigration.
