Gilbert's Cheese Experience

At Gilbert’s Cheese Experience, we connect consumers with the things they eat and drink and the community of people who make them. Led by Brian Gilbert, head cheesemonger at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, and culinary storyteller Holly Regan, we teach you where your food and drinks come from; share the stories of the people who make them; and lead you in a fun, interactive tasting experience.

We host cheese-pairing pop-ups on site with food and beverage producers throughout the greater Seattle area and beyond. If you want to attend or host an event, give us a shout!
