Flavor Five Studio LLC is a New York-based, multimedia creative studio and tech development firm exploring the intersection of food and mixed reality. Born from artist and creative director Mattia Casalegno’s ground-breaking work Aerobanquets RMX—which the New York Times said was “created with remarkable beauty and precision” and the Washington Post deemed “the future of restaurants”—the studio specializes in producing multidimensional, immersive gastronomy experiences. Using proprietary software, Flavor Five Studio has created a unique way to enhance the sensory experience of mixed-reality storytelling by incorporating taste.
