Federated Charities

The Federated Charities Nonprofit Center is social purpose real estate and exists as a public space where people know they can turn on the worst day of their lives. Our center nurtures the next generation of social change agents and ensures their work matters for our quality of life. We do this work in Frederick because we believe in the power of collaboration to create social change Through our strategic support initiatives, we strengthen local nonprofits, helping them make connections with one another, maintaining an open-door policy for assistance with organizational and programmatic development, offering professional development training opportunities for staff, volunteers and board members, and advocating on behalf of the sector with the larger community. We recognize that shared opportunities lead to greater expertise and maximize the resources of new and established programs and we are committed to offering professional and relevant training opportunities in our nonprofit community every year.
