The Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Department at Osseo Area Schools is dedicated to building strong, authentic partnerships between families, schools, and the broader community. We work to ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and empowered as essential partners in their children’s education. Through culturally responsive engagement, collaboration, and inclusive programming, FACE supports student success by centering family voice, community connection, and equitable access to resources.
