Everett ADUs

Everett ADUs + Carriage Houses NW began building Tiny Houses on Wheels (THOWs) in 2016, for customers seeking transportable living solutions. It wasn’t long before we recognized a large demand among our customers for cottages that could be legally permitted and placed permanently on foundation on their property. So we added Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs & ADUs) to our lineup. This was a pretty easy leap from THOWs, since we had already figured out how to create awesome living spaces with a tiny footprint. When practical, we build our DADUs in the factory and deliver them to their final location. But sometimes it’s not possible to deliver a fully completed cottage to a backyard, so we started building them on location when it made sense.
