Eunice C. Mingo

Eunice is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over sixteen years experience in the mental health field. She enjoys facilitating workshops, trainings and seminars to local businesses and faith-based organizations. Eunice is a National Board-Certified Counselor as well as a Board-Certified Master Addictions Counselor. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University and a Master of Science Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama. Eunice has also completed Post-Graduate courses at the University of Mobile in Marriage & Family Counseling and Counseling Studies at Mississippi College.

Eunice’s many years of experience serving as an administrator and mental health practitioner has provided her with the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of people. She has many areas of expertise to include Depression, Anxiety, Addictions/Recovery and Trauma. Eunice has presented at several conferences and to general audiences on the topics of Trauma, Self-Care, Anxiety, Mental Health in the Black Community, Suicide Intervention/Prevention and Crisis Intervention. Eunice is the owner of Efficient Coaching & Mentoring and the Chief Clinical Officer at her private practice, ECM Counseling Services. She is also the Executive Director of the recently founded, Mingo Matters Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to improving the emotional wellness and overall mental health of people and communities across the country. Eunice is the author of the workbook, Above All-Guard Your Edges, A Black Girl’s Guided Journal to Reducing the Effects of Stress.
