Kim Spikes, ACC, and Shawn Chrisman, Ph.D joined forces to create Ethos= EFW, with the mission of blending neuroscience and psychology expertise with executive leadership and career coaching to develop high-performance teams.

Kimberly Spikes, ACC is a certified professional coach with over two decades of executive management experience in the entertainment and high-end fashion industries. She spearheaded culture and engagement for global companies including DEIB, health and wellness and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Shawn Chrisman, Ph.D serves as a coach and therapist as well as adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University. He began his professional career working in the marketing and advertising realms before moving over to the world of therapy.
