Hi! My name is Eric Landes and I am experienced in leading organizations in adopting DevOps Mindset, Agile and Lean frameworks, like Scrum and Kanban. I lead Agile/Lean IT projects and initiatives to incorporate customer values and objectives more quickly into projects and use techniques like automated acceptance tests, and frequent planning/demo meetings to keep customer needs at the center of projects.
