Equity Institute is an education-based nonprofit dedicated to creating equitable learning environments and building communities where everyone has access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive. By focusing on diversifying the educator workforce, supporting community leaders, and reimagining professional development, the organization works to dismantle systemic barriers and center racial equity.

Our Meetups are convenings designed to build connection, fellowship, and collective power. These intentional, people-centered gatherings serve as a space to amplify the stories, achievements, and leadership of Black, Indigenous, Latino/x/e, Asian, and other communities of color. Grounded in relationship-building and knowledge-sharing, our meetups unite educators, leaders, and community members across fields to inspire ongoing collaboration and support.
