The Eastern Connecticut Conservation District (ECCD) provides technical assistance and environmental education to support sustainable natural resource management across eastern Connecticut. Serving 36 municipalities in Windham, New London, and Tolland Counties, ECCD works with communities, landowners, and partners to implement conservation practices that reduce pollution, protect natural resources, and improve environmental health.

ECCD leads and supports projects focused on watershed protection, habitat restoration, and community engagement, helping to advance practical, on-the-ground solutions that benefit both people and the environment.
